Buffets are possible from 25 persons!
For smaller groups we have a selection menu.
Valdn hot/cold buffet
Start with a soup of the day.
On our buffet: Ardennes ham with melon, platter with various types of fish, carpaccio, caprese salad, pate and cheese with baguette.
Steak tips, pork tenderloin, fish dish, vegetarian quiche, vegetables, chicken salad, pasta salad with tuna, feta salad, potato gratin and fries.
Finally, dessert buffet

Tapasbuffet
Cold buffet: bread with aioli and tapenade, olives, peppadew, meat and cheese platter, mozzarella/tomato/basil, Russian salad, platter with various types of fish, smoked chicken salad, pasta salad with tuna and feta salad.
Warm buffet: meatballs in tomato sauce, marinated chicken satay, fish dish, vegetarian quiche, squid rings, vegetarian spring rolls, patatas brava with aioli, pommes gratin.

Vegetarian tapasbuffet
Cold buffet: bread with aioli and tapenade, olives, peppadew, cheese platter, mozzarella/tomato/basil, vegetarian potato salad, couscous salad, pasta salad with grilled vegetables and feta salad.
Warm buffet: falafel burgers, cannelloni with ricotta and spinach, vegetarian quiche, cooked vegetable skewers, vegetable meatballs in tomato sauce, vegetarian spring rolls, patatas brava with aioli, pommes gratin.
